KynectLocal provides three reporting tools for brand admins under the Measure section of the admin. Together they cover traffic performance, revenue attribution, and plain-language network analysis.


Grow → Analytics

The Analytics dashboard shows traffic and conversion data across your franchise network, powered by Matomo. It has three views:

  • Network Overview — aggregate visits, bounce rate, conversions, and traffic sources across all locations
  • Location Detail — per-location traffic breakdown including top pages and goal completions
  • Promotions — campaign performance and how widely each promotion has been adopted across the network

Grow → Digital Impact

The Digital Impact Report converts your network’s digital signals into estimated monthly revenue. It pulls live data from form leads, call tracking, direction requests, and Google ratings, then applies configurable business inputs (average ticket, close rate) to produce a dollar estimate per location.

The AI Analytics Assistant is a floating chat widget accessible from the chat bubble icon in the lower right corner of any admin page. Ask plain-language questions about network performance and get answers generated from your live Matomo data and profile scores. Use pre-built Quick Questions or type your own queries.
