App Status
This page shows the current operational status of KynectLocal and explains how to subscribe to incident updates so your team is notified automatically.
When you’d use this
Section titled “When you’d use this”- You’re experiencing an issue and want to check whether it is a known platform incident
- You want to subscribe to status notifications so your brand admin team is alerted when incidents open or resolve
- You need to report a new issue to the KynectLocal team

Reporting an Incident
Section titled “Reporting an Incident”If you believe you have found a platform issue not reflected on this page, email support@kynectlocal.com with:
- A description of the behavior you’re seeing
- The URL or admin section where the issue occurred
- The approximate time the issue started (include your time zone)
- Any error messages or screenshots you can share
The support team will investigate and update this page if the issue is confirmed as a platform-wide incident.
